Frontrunning CFD broker IG Markets has launched its Singapore CFD trading app, enabling Singapore-based investment client the opportunity to trade their account on the move, following similar successful roll-outs across key territories.
Leading CFD broker IG Markets has launched its Singapore version of its highly successful CFD trading app, designed to enable traders based in Singapore the same remote access to their CFD trading accounts as in other key territories.
The move follows similar successful launches of the app in IG Markets’ core jurisdictions, including the UK and Australia, which has paved the way for strong growth across its mobile trading platforms.
The app, available for free from the Apple AppStore, enables traders access to the full functionality of their trading accounts on the move, and allows more dynamic trading than that previously afforded by the IG Markets mobile browser.
With mobile trading a predicted strong growth area over the coming year, it is forecast that the move will help strengthen IG Markets’ position as a leading force in CFD brokerage, at a time when competition between new and existing brokers is reaching its peak.
Following today’s launch, it remains to be seen to what extent the Singapore market will embrace the iPhone app, and whether the launch in the Singapore territory will match the successes of similar app roll-outs elsewhere.
